W.H.O.M.'S Magazine POLICIES



Refund Policy

All refund complaints will be turned into the home office and reviewed by the Board of Directors.  Refunds will be given back only if the magazine does not come out on time, within the first ten days of the month of the new quarter.



Mutual Business Conduct Policy 

Mutual Business conduct must be based on what is agreed in the mutual contract.  The contract is and will be the final results of any dispute.  The mutual business will be most of the time correct but not in all cases.

 

Mutual Business Withdrawal And Cancellation Policy

W.H.O.M.'S magazine allows the right for mutual businesses to withdraw and cancel their exclusive ad and choose a regular ad or decrease the size of an ad.  W.H.O.M.'S magazine reserves the right to discontinue service to any mutual business that it chooses if there is a continual problem and difficulty in communication.



Date Policy

To insure prompt service, W.H.O.M'S magazine requires all scheduled appointments to be kept.  If an appointment is not kept, W.H.O.M.'S magazine reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.



Mutual Relationship with a Business 

W.H.O.M'S magazine mutual relationship with a business is, as stayed business will have the options to choose the size of an Ad.  The business may give us their own design or work with our Editors for their appropriate choosing that will appeal to the readers.

A Business has the right to purchase an Exclusive Page ad, which will exclude other business ads from the same page.  This will be a higher price than the Non-Exclusive Page.  The Business may change the design during proofing but not after the business has signed off on the proof.
